Order sales online with PayPal using our secure shopping cart. (U.K Buyers please pay by BACS if possible.) All overseas buyers should email us to obtain a price. If you are in the E.U, please tell us your VAT number if applicable. Payment can also be made by BACS. Please ask us for our bank details. Invoices can be sent if an official purchase order number is supplied

PRICES
All prices are effective March 1st 2007 and are subject to change without notice. Prices are for
nontheatrical, non-television use only. New customers must pre-pay by cheque, or pay by PayPal, or send an authorized purchase order. Terms are NET 30 days.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be received at least 3 days before the shipping date. If cancellations are received after the goods have been dispatched then payment in full or a minimum of £15.00 is required.

TAX CHARGES
For orders to be delivered in the U.K. or the European Union 17.5% VAT is added.
For EU customers a VAT exemption number should be included with your order for the VAT
charge to be removed.
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.
The prices listed are for PAL DVDs or VHS cassettes (the UK standard). If you require NTSC or
SECAM you must tell us. There will be an additional charge for the conversion.
Invoices can be sent if an official order number is supplied.

Note: The common denominator to all the titles on this web site is that Concord Media has non- theatrical rights within the UK. Outside the UK the rule of thumb is that if the producer listed is a well-known large institution, such as Granada Television, National Film Board of Canada, Film Australia, etc., then we probably can NOT sell the programme overseas. However, if the producer sounds like an independent company or producer, then we probably CAN sell you the programme.

PUBLIC PERFORMANCE RIGHTS
A "public performance" is any performance of a videocassette, DVD, videodisc or film which occurs outside of the home, or at any place where people are gathered who are not family members, such as in a school or library. All of the prices listed on the dividable film pages include public performance rights, however no charges can be made for admission.

TELEVISION
Television rights for cable, commercial or educational television are specifically NOT included with the life of copy license, rental or preview of Concord Media titles.

COPYRIGHT
Every programme on this website is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Licensing for life of copy, rental or previewing of any Concord Media videocassette or DVD DOES NOT include the right to duplicate, digitize, transfer to any other medium, transmit by television or other devices or processes in whole or in part, edit, adapt or alter the program in any way whatsoever, without prior written permission from Concord Media. No admission may be charged for any Concord Media programme (whether rented, previewed, or licensed) without written permission from Concord Media
