United Kingdom

All titles are sent 1st class but sales are always sent by recorded delivery. Charges are calculated as follows:

£10.00 - £24.99 = £4.00 ; £25.00 - £74.99 = £5.00
£75.00 - £149.99 = £6.00 ; £150.00+ = £10.00

Charges could be changed without notice. Normally you will receive your order within one to two weeks. If you need quicker service we can ship by 2nd Day. Please call first to confirm that we have the programme in stock.

If you wish to hire a title, please email us before you purchase stating the show date.

International

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS MUST NOT ORDER BY PAYPAL UNTIL THEY HAVE RECEIVED A PROFORMA INVOICE. (Proforma means that payment is due on receipt of the invoice and goods are not dispatched until payment in full has been received.)

Shipping charges will depend on how you want the program(s) shipped: by air mail or surface mail etc.

Overseas:

ProForma Invoices will be issued if required on receipt of orders. Customers in EU member states need to quote their VAT number at the time of ordering, otherwise orders will be liable for VAT at the prevailing UK Rate. Prepayment is required for all orders from Overseas customers, in Pounds Sterling, and can be made by any of the normal means.
