RETURNS

If the DVDs or Videos that you have bought are found to be faulty on arrival please return them with details of the fault. To say just that they are faulty is not enough. We will replace them if told within two weeks so please check them when you get it, but please note that if the content is found to be unsuitable, we are sorry we can't give a full refund. We do try to give adequate descriptions in our listings.

RENTAL

Only VHS videos are available for rental
Please give two weeks' advance notice, and alternative dates whenever possible.
Rental copies must be returned by the specified date at the customer's expense.

If hire copies are not returned promptly you may be charged extra.

Please give at least a week's notice. If your videos do not arrive in time because you gave us less notice than this, we cannot cancel the hire fee but we hope that you can use them a few days later but please tell us if you want to do this.

Cancellations must be received at least 5 days before the shipping date. The cancellation fee is £10 plus shipping charges, if any.
